The foundation on which effective learning is designed. We get to know your business, unearth areas of opportunity and the learning outcomes required.
Step 1: Consultation
Our learner-centred design approach enables us to develop customised education solutions, guided by the needs of the business and learner. To clearly identify these needs, we work through a Consultation Process, in which we explore the below framework.
Learning Goals describe what the learning program aims to do, including the company’s overall learning strategy.

Learning Objectives outline what the learning program intends to deliver.
For example; skin anatomy and physiology, personal profiling etc.
Learning Outcomes explain the learner’s achievement and how this can be measured.
For example; the learner can accurately identify skin conditions and prescribe correctly, recognise personality types and adjust communication style accordingly etc.
