Step 2: Content Creation

We consciously create and curate all resources required for the delivery of the program, to achieve desired learning outcomes.

Our 360° approach to learning complements VARK Learning Styles to maximise learner engagement and improves knowledge retention via a continuous learning model.

VARK Learning Styles

Visual - Prefers to learn through charts, graphs, flowcharts and symbols.

Auditory - Prefers to learn by hearing information spoken aloud.

Read / Write - Prefers to process information displayed as words.

Kinesthetic - Prefers to put learning into practice, hands-on or demonstrated.

Continuous Learning Model

Brown et al.* found that recall activities help to diminish the impact of Ebbinghaus’ Forgetting Curve.

Each Learning Program considers the most effective delivery of information.

  • Microlearning:
A bite-sized 3 - 5 minute learning experience directly delivered to the learners phone with a specific learning outcome in mind.

  • Interactive eLearning Modules:
A structured 10 - 15 minute learning experience delivered electronically. Combines learning elements such as such as videos, quizzes, simulations, games, activities etc.

  • Trainer-led Presentations:
A face-to-face facilitative workshop that allows for practical peer-to-peer learning and Q&A. May range between 30 minutes - 4 hours.

  • Instructional Videos:

Recorded content delivered by a Subject Matter Expert. Videos are versatile and inclusive, ensuring the consistent delivery of information. During pre and post production we storyboard and edit to prioritise the longevity of the asset. Videos are kept between 5 and 15 minutes long depending on content complexity and method of delivery.

  • Learning Resources:
Tangible job aids, designed for continuous learning and ongoing reference. For example; training manuals, cheat sheets, FAQ’s etc.
